The Application offers an optional Notanic Cloud feature that enables secure synchronization of your data across devices. This service uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2 storage, with all data stored exclusively within the European Union. Additionally, anonymized analytics are collected using PostHog, processed solely within the EU, to improve cloud stability and performance. No personal data leaves the EU, and all data handling complies with applicable data protection standards.
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to trusted external services to enhance the Application. Information may also be disclosed:
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application through the standard uninstall process of your device or app marketplace.
User Provided Data is retained as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. Automatically Collected Information may be stored for up to 24 months before being aggregated.
You may request deletion of User Provided Data by contactingkrae0sk_765@outlook.de. Some data may be required for the Application to function correctly.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor internet use and prevent the submission of personal data by children.

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data processed and stored. However, no security system is entirely foolproof.
